Educational Directory Disclaimer & Independent Operation

Texas Schools provides public educational directory information, statutory calculation utilities, and calendar reference datasets under nominative fair use. District names, campus designations, and state testing trademarks (STAAR, TEA) are the property of their respective entities and are referenced solely for descriptive, informational identification.

Texas Schools is an independent educational research and reference platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated as an official branch of the Texas Education Agency (TEA), the State Board of Education (SBOE), or any individual Independent School District or charter school network.

All data presented on this website is aggregated from publicly available government records published under the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 552). While our research desk conducts rigorous data reconciliation cycles against official PEIMS files, users are advised to verify binding enrollment dates, official board policies, and bus transportation schedules directly with their designated campus or district administration.

Nominative Fair Use of Texas District & TEA Trademarks

All institutional trademarks, service marks, registered logos, and acronyms—including but not limited to STAAR® (State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness), TEA®, and specific district emblems—are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Their inclusion on Texas Schools constitutes nominative fair use under 15 U.S.C. § 1115(b)(4) and common law principles: the terms are utilized strictly to accurately name and describe the specific public entities and governmental standards evaluated.
